A graduate of the FBI National Academy, he brings a strong record of strategic leadership, organizational development, and risk management to support safer, stronger, and more resilient communities.

Since founding Cuthbertson Consulting LLC in 2016, Mr. Cuthbertson has partnered with government agencies, educational institutions, and private-sector organizations to strengthen public safety systems and operational effectiveness. His work spans law enforcement operations, security management, risk assessment, and public safety strategy, with a focus on creating safer environments where people and places can thrive.
