Impactful Strategies
Impactful Strategies, LLC partners with HBCUs to develop strategic real estate plans that maximize the highest and best use of university-owned assets, generating new revenue streams and strengthening long-term financial sustainability.
We also support developers navigating land entitlement processes—feasibility studies, zoning, and ordinance applications—by leading community engagement efforts that build trust and secure project support.
In addition, we provide project management services for capital improvement and real estate development initiatives, serving as the owner’s representative and overseeing architects, contractors, and consultants through every project phase.
Impactful Strategies, LLC helps HBCUs and mission-driven organizations unlock the full potential of their real estate assets. We provide strategic planning, community engagement, and owner’s representative project management to maximize value, strengthen community trust, and deliver successful developments.
Our Principal, Kim Cameron, brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and community development, including transformative leadership as Executive Director of the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation. Under her direction, the Foundation’s assets grew from $38 million to over $250 million, supported by $125 million in private activity bond financing and $30 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing. Kim’s track record spans affordable housing, student housing, and mixed-use development—always balancing financial sustainability with community impact. With Impactful Strategies, LLC, you gain a partner who understands how to turn vision into value.
