Native to Atlanta, GA and based in Greensboro, NC, Jasmine founded HRSHE in 2020 with a focus to partner with minority and women-owned small businesses and nonprofit organizations. HRSHE specializes in providing resources and consultation in the establishment and maintenance of HR documents, practices, policies, and procedures across a variety of industries. With her leadership, HRSHE ensures diligent attention to detail and comprehensive HR best practices to create cultures that prioritize the needs of the company and its employees equally through proper establishment and execution of policies and procedures.
